SOCIALISATION WALKS
WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?
We have been organising weekly social walks since 2016. We have several walks a week, catering for dogs of all ages and fitness levels. All our routes are researched beforehand and we meet in some of the most fabulous countryside locations, generally within 20/30 minutes drive from the coast. All walks are followed by a local café stop, where you can enjoy coffee, toasties and other goodies. This is a perfect opportunity to exchange stories, discuss concerns or simply enjoy the company of like-minded people. And the dogs really do benefit from the regular social interaction. We have seen many timid and reactive dogs build confidence and bond with their owners and other dogs.
To date we have completed over 1500 walks, raised substantial funds for our local dog shelter… and formed many great friendships along the way.
Cost to join:
€8 per person (€12 for a couple)
Walks currently Tuesday, Wednesday (longer walks), Friday and Sunday (small dog group)

DOGGY DAYS OUT
Throughout the year we also organise a series of longer days out which incorporate group walks, followed by lunch. Places are filled on a 'first come, first serve' basis so keep your eye out for notices.
